Privacy Policy

01 Overview and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how s9app.pk ("this website", "we", "us", "our") handles information relating to visitors. It applies solely to this website.

It does not apply to the S9 Game application, to the operator's own websites, or to Telegram. Those are separate services run by separate parties with their own privacy policies, and we have no visibility of or control over the data they collect. Please read their policies directly before providing them with information.

s9app.pk is an independent affiliate website and is not the operator of S9 Game. We hold no player accounts and have no access to any player data whatsoever.

02 What we collect

This website is served as static files. There is no login, no user profile and no server-side database. The categories of data involved are limited to the following.

03 What we do not collect

It is often more useful to state the negatives explicitly. We do not collect, store, request, process or have access to any of the following:

• Your S9 Game username, player ID, password or withdrawal password
• Your account balance, transaction history, deposits or withdrawals
• Any payment card, bank account, mobile wallet or financial detail
• Your national identity number, date of birth or identity documents
• Any biometric, health or other sensitive personal data
• Contacts, SMS messages, call logs, camera or microphone access
• Precise location data

We also do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise commercially transfer visitor data to any third party. There is no advertising network operating on this site.

04 Cookies and browser storage

We use browser localStorage rather than traditional tracking cookies for site functionality. localStorage is a small area of your own browser where a site can save simple values. Unlike cookies, these values are never automatically attached to network requests — nothing we store here is transmitted anywhere.

What is stored

Managing or removing it

You can clear both values at any time by clearing site data for s9app.pk in your browser settings, or by using private / incognito browsing, which discards them when the window closes. Clearing them simply means the site forgets your language choice and shows the cookie notice again — no functionality is lost.

Declining the cookie notice does not disable the two functional items above, because they are required for the notice itself to work and for the language toggle to persist. It does mean we treat you as having opted out of any non-essential measurement.

05 Analytics

We may use a privacy-conscious analytics service to understand which pages are useful and where visitors arrive from. Where analytics are in use, we configure them so that:

• IP addresses are anonymised or truncated before storage
• No cross-site tracking identifier is set
• Data is reviewed only in aggregate, never at an individual visitor level
• No data is shared with advertising networks or data brokers

If you prefer to opt out entirely, most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting and a range of content-blocking extensions that will prevent analytics scripts from loading. This website functions normally with all of them enabled.

06 Third-party services and links

Three categories of third party are involved in serving or being linked from this website.

Web fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives the request and, as with any web request, your IP address and user-agent are visible to it. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. No other data is sent, and fonts are not used for tracking.

The operator's registration page

Registration and download links on this site lead to the operator's own domain. Once you follow such a link you are on a third-party service, and everything you do there — including anything you enter — is subject to that operator's privacy policy, not this one. The link may carry a referral parameter identifying s9app.pk as the source, which is how affiliate commission is attributed. That parameter identifies us, not you.

Telegram

Our support and news channels are hosted on Telegram. If you join or message a channel, Telegram processes that interaction under its own privacy policy, and the channel operator can see your Telegram username and any message you send. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details to any Telegram account, including ones claiming to be official support.

07 The contact form

The form on our contact page performs validation in your browser only. There is no backend endpoint behind it. When you press send, the script checks that fields are filled correctly and displays a confirmation message — nothing is transmitted to any server and nothing is stored.

This is stated on the form itself as well as here, because a form that appears to submit but does not would otherwise be misleading. For a message that actually reaches a person, use our Telegram support desk.

If we add server-side form handling in future, this section will be updated before that change goes live, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.

08 Data held by the operator

When you register an S9 Game account, you enter into a relationship with the operator, not with us. The operator will collect and process whatever data its own service requires — typically a mobile number, a password, device information, transaction records and gameplay history.

We have no access to that data, no ability to retrieve it, and no ability to delete it. Requests to access, correct or erase data held by the operator must go to the operator directly, through its in-app customer service. We cannot forward such requests on your behalf.

Before registering, we recommend reading the operator's own privacy policy and terms — as you would before providing personal information to any online service.

09 Retention

• Server access logs are retained by our hosting provider under its standard retention schedule, typically a short rolling window, and are used only for security and diagnostics.
• localStorage values remain on your device until you clear them. We have no ability to read, retrieve or delete them remotely.
• Aggregate analytics, where used, are retained in non-identifying aggregate form only.
• Contact form entries are not retained at all, because they are never transmitted.

10 Security

This website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. Because we operate no database and store no personal information server-side, there is no repository of visitor data that could be breached.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. For your own protection when using any gaming platform, we strongly recommend:

• A password unique to gaming, not reused from email, banking or social accounts
• A separate withdrawal password set inside the application
• Phone-number binding enabled so the account can be recovered
• Installing applications only from links you navigated to yourself
• Never sharing a password or verification code with anyone, for any stated reason

11 Your rights and choices

Data protection frameworks generally provide rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because this website collects no personal data beyond automatic server logs, most of these rights have little to act upon here — but they remain available to you.

You can, at any time and without contacting us:

• Clear site data for s9app.pk to remove both stored values
• Browse in private / incognito mode so nothing persists
• Block scripts, fonts or analytics with a content blocker — the site still works
• Use a VPN so that server logs record the VPN's address rather than yours

For anything else, or to make a formal request, contact us through the contact page. Please note again that requests relating to a gaming account must go to the operator, since we hold nothing about it.

12 Children's privacy

This website is strictly for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care has accessed this website, please contact us and take steps to restrict access on the device. Parental control software, device-level content filters and network-level blocking are all effective and widely available at no cost.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, to the services we use, or to legal requirements. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published here, and the version identifier and "last updated" date at the top of this document will be amended.

Where a change materially affects how data is handled — for example, if server-side form processing were introduced — we will make that change clear on the page rather than relying on the date stamp alone.
